Xpress Powder Coating is a 100% black owned company. It was formed in 2019 after having performed work under a company called Kuthula Consulting since 2017. The Company is based in Springs, Benoni in Ekurhuleni.The existence of the company seeks to create job opportunities for people in areas where it operates in order to contribute in the development of local communities. We have done powder coatingwork for Chemcraft, Care Drive, Development, SA Post Office and Department of Water Affairs, Mowana Properties (PIC), TFM Industries and other Private clients.

Transformer Repair

Our transformer repair services includes inspection, testing, refurbishment, core repairs, and restacking complete rewinds or LTC repairs and adjustments. Transformer repair services upgrades include KVA increases, voltage changes, clamping structure improvements, use of modern iron, and insulating materials.

Powder Coating

Our powder coating includes a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing, dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint, which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat or with ultraviolet light.
